Journey
Journey by car: Whether you are approaching Gmünd from the east or west via B29: Do not drive through the tunnel, but follow the signposts to the centre, and then the green signs "Hotelroute". At a traffic light in Königsturmstrasse take a turn into Kornhausstrasse (vis-a-vis to the bridal wear shop). Follow the street, until you are nearly at the market place, then take a right turn into Rinderbachergasse.
You can park directly at the hotel and bring in your luggage. The carpark P1 is just around the corner.
