Our cancellation policies

• Until 10:00 a.m.  the day before your arrival: free.
• By 10:00 a.m. on the day of arrival: 50% of the booked price.
• Afterwards: full price.

For contingents of 5 rooms or more:

• Free up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• Afterwards: full price or by arrangement.

In case of cancellation

Did you book through an online portal? Please cancel directly via the portal!
Otherwise: Please understand that we can only accept cancellations if we have confirmed them in writing.

 
Check-In: from 3.00 p.m.
Check-Out: 11.00 a.m. or  Sat/Sun 12 .00 p.m.

Arrival after 6:00 p.m.: Please let us know by phone - otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will receive your room!
